Human Resources Administrator

As a specialist technology consultancy, our work is largely driven by technical development and innovation. We deliver a huge variety of technically challenging projects, with some recent examples involving novel healthcare solutions, smart city technology, advanced robotic systems and airfield radar. We need to recruit, develop and retain the brightest minds to deliver projects such as these, so keeping the team at the top of our game is a key driver for HR.

We are looking for a reliable, personable and highly trustworthy administrator to join our busy Human Resources department.

THE ROLE

You will support the Human Resources Manager and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team whilst being organised, diplomatic and have good interpersonal skills. Confidentiality is a major part of this role.

As a valuable member of this small team, you will be responsible for administering a wide range of HR-related activities. Some of the tasks you will be involved in are maintaining our HR database, administering the recruitment process, carrying out security checks on new joiners, arranging staff training, tracking the progress of staff induction and producing progress reports and metrics.

This is a new position so there is an opportunity to influence the development of the role, and to expand your responsibilities over time.

Previous administration experience, especially in HR, is desirable.

In return, we offer a competitive package and a stimulating environment that will encourage you to be your best. We provide all the training, professional development and support that you need to complete your tasks.
