Excellent salaries, reviewed annually.

Company Bonus Scheme

We all share in the success of the business, with payout based on percentage of salary. Scheme is based on annual company financial targets.

Pension

Employer contribution of 10% salary, employee contribution min 5% salary, contributions made via salary sacrifice, and we also pass on the employer NIC savings.

Life Assurance (Death in Service)

Six times salary.

Private Medical Insurance

Employees are covered from first day of employment, and may add dependants at their own cost. Policy covers dental and optical benefits, and is an MHD scheme (medical history disregarded).

Permanent Health Insurance (income protection scheme)

Benefit pays out at 75% of salary, and kicks in after 26 weeks of absence.

Car Lease Scheme

Operates under salary sacrifice and so offers tax benefits.  No restrictions on choice of car.

Cycle to Work Scheme

Offers tax and NI savings, operates under salary sacrifice.

Annual leave

25 days/annum + 8 public holidays.

Employees can buy up to an additional 10 days/annum, payable monthly via payroll.

Long Service annual leave award

5 years’ service: one off additional 5 days’ holiday for that calendar year only

10 years’ service: an additional 2 days’ holiday per calendar year going forward

20 years’ service: a bottle of bubbly

25 years’ service:  a one-off payment of £2000

Eye Tests for DSE work

We cover the cost of an eye test and contribute to costs for spectacles for those working with DSE

Proactive training and mentoring on offer to all, tailored to individual needs.

As corporate members of CSAR and The Cambridge Network, employees are able to attend lectures/webinars on innovation, research and more.
