Compact, 3D-Printed, 8×8 Waveguide Array for mmWave

A compact 8 x 8 element waveguide array with complex internal structure is described.
Designed for mm-wave applications at 78.5 GHz and realized using aluminium SLS additive manufacturing techniques, maximum dimensions are 26.4 x 26.4 x 13.0 mm (1.04” x 1.04” x 0.51”). Simulation and measurement data are presented.
