Cranfield Defence and Security Research Yearbook
In defence and security, understanding and advancing individual experience within challenging environments is crucial. This research, led by Dr Tim Forsyth, Jeremy Hilton, and Dr Lorraine Dodd, shows areas for development in existing methods and practices: enhancing our understanding of relational dynamics and using methods that maintain a quality of work-life in organisational settings.
They have examined the commitment of UK defence and aerospace sectors to regulatory compliance, presenting a 5C Corporate Cultural framework. This analysis indicates an upward trajectory in the adoption of compliance measures within UK defence-aligned corporations, paving the way for improved practices across the industry.
Cranfield’s dedication to resilience in defence and security, from ballistic testing to supply chain vulnerabilities, supports and contributes to Defence and Security studies & progress.
